The Grid Concierge takes the guesswork out of hiring. We’ll personally match you with a trained Family Virtual Assistant (FVA) who is ready to support families like yours — not just at home, but across every part of your life.

These aren’t just generic assistants: Family Virtual Assistants are trained to understand the unique rhythms of modern family life and to seamlessly integrate work and home routines so everything flows together with ease.

With The Grid Concierge, we do the matching and vetting for you so you can get the right support quickly — with total confidence and none of the overwhelm. The typical onboarding time with FVAs is an average of 2 weeks (compared to an average of 3 months if you hire elsewhere). That's right!

2. Match — Our team will meet with you & better understand your family’s unique needs, then personally select Family Virtual Assistant Institute - Certified FVA’s who are an excellent fit for your family. We handle the vetting (including optional background checks) and guide you through introductions and onboarding for a smooth, stress-free start.

Once you have your perfect FVA match, you’ll have everything you need to integrate your new FVA seamlessly:

  • When you hire directly, families often struggle with long onboarding, repeating themselves, and finding someone who “gets it.” FVAs in The Grid are certified through the Family Virtual Assistant Institute, trained on the unique challenges of busy families, and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll save time, reduce frustration, and feel confident in your hire.

  • Concierge Membership is for families who don’t have the time to hire and want us to do the work for them—we personally match you with the FVAs who best fit your needs.

  • Our Concierge Services team wants to ensure a great fit. If after your 2 week onboarding you feel your FVA is not a great fit for your family, we will work to find a great one!

  • FVAs aren’t housekeepers, nannies, or in-person childcare providers. They are trained to handle the mental load—the scheduling, logistics, and administrative work—so you can focus more on your family.
